Refund policy

You may request a full refund of the training within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked and without having to justify your request.

How to request a refund

Write to us at [generic email to be completed — see BOOTSTRAP.md] indicating your purchase email. The refund is processed by Stripe back to the same payment method used, usually within the following business days.

Automated feedback option (149 $)

If feedback has already been generated and sent by the time of your request, we will still refund you in full within the same 14-day period.

Employer offer

Refund conditions for a group package are specified in the agreement signed with the company at the time of the quote.
