Terms of sale

1. What is sold

ParlerQC sells digital access to an online training course preparing for the oral French exam (TEFAQ/TCF Québec), as well as an optional automated feedback add-on on recorded oral answers. ParlerQC does not sell or guarantee any exam result, any immigration procedure, and is not an immigration advisor.

2. Price

Full training: 79 $ CAD. Automated feedback option: 149 $ CAD. Employer offer: by quote. Prices are in Canadian dollars and shown before applicable taxes, where applicable (see tax note below).

3. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe, a third-party payment provider. ParlerQC never retains your card number.

4. Access

Access is provided digitally after payment confirmation, usually by email. [Exact detail of the access mechanism to be completed once the system is chosen — see DECISIONS.md/BLOCKERS.md.]

5. Refunds

See our refund policy: full refund within 14 days, no questions asked.

6. Taxes (GST/QST)

The exact tax treatment of an online training course sold to customers in Québec, elsewhere in Canada, or internationally has not yet been settled by a professional (see research/LEGAL.md, unconfirmed point #9) — this section will be completed before the actual launch of sales.

7. Non-affiliation

ParlerQC is not affiliated with the Government of Québec, the Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de Paris Île-de-France (TEF/TEFAQ), or France Éducation international (TCF). The names of these organizations are used solely in a descriptive capacity to identify the tests targeted by the training.

8. No immigration advice

ParlerQC provides no advice on immigration matters, a regulated activity in Québec. See our important notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Québec, Canada.
